Flexible system not bound by genre has been realized.
In San-Ei Giken, each designer of a mechanical design, electric control design, image processing design and optics design assembles a project team for development of equipment and assumes total responsibility for not only each design but also the entire process (concept design, meeting, trial production, test, detailed design, inspection and delivery, etc.). This enables a designer to directly and accurately grasp the needs of users and to share such information within the team. Therefore, more satisfying products can be reliably designed and manufactured.
It is also one of our characteristics that we have realized a flexible system not bound by genre.
We engage multiple outsourced manufacturers and have established close relationships with each manufacturer.
Under strict and detailed management and instruction in all the processes (parts processing, assembly, product inspection, etc.), we outsource manufacturing to subcontractors with which we have established long-trusted relationships based on solid technology.
We have maintained a high level of quality equal to self-manufacturing or higher and realized flexible manufacturing capacity by establishing multiple outsourced manufacturers, established a close relationship with each manufacturer and conducting technical meetings with them to maintain an assured technical level.
